The ethos of this religion is do no harm, be kind, pay kindness forward, do a good deed every week, give to the needy, and be kind to your neighbour. Family is also a core part wherein family values are catholic family values of supporting each other's decisions and always offering a helping hand. Be understanding. Cultivate understanding.
