Kindness and generosity
Kindness and generosity are important topics to explore at a personal or societal level for the wealth of both wisdom and enacting potential that they hold. Kindness is a thing related to the heart and generosity is a thing related to the spirit. Kindness can be both inwards and outwards as can generosity and inward practice leads to outward success.
