Hell is in a different universe for the bad people to suffer to learn then sort out their own society. This universe has the regular afterlife. Heaven is the best universe. There are aliens in heaven and it is the real world where perfect people go who don't need to wait for resurrection so people there are alive and aware for much longer and basically don't die, death being a blackout state with the soul in a cryogenic freezer
